For years, Shock Media has invested significant time and energy into continuously improving its services and increasing customer satisfaction. Quality control is firmly embedded in its policy and processes. This has now also been confirmed and recognized by certification body DEKRA, which, after a week of extensive audits, has awarded Shock Media the ISO9001 certificate!
What does ISO9001 certification entail?
As part of the ISO9001 certification, Shock Media has implemented a quality management system. This means that both the internal processes and the quality of our Managed Hosting services are continuously monitored, and ongoing efforts are made to identify opportunities for improvement. Great attention is also paid to obtaining feedback from customers and increasing their satisfaction. On the one hand, this is done by asking customers for their opinions on certain aspects of our services, and on the other hand, by handling any complaints, incidents, or problems in a structured manner and to complete satisfaction, and using these to improve. In addition, Shock Media undergoes extensive annual internal and external quality audits. Certification body DEKRA was impressed by this and therefore decided to award Shock Media the ISO9001 certificate!
High willingness to actively recommend Shock Media
In preparation for our ISO9001 certification, an extensive customer satisfaction survey was conducted among our clients. We received a huge number of responses and were able to collect a lot of valuable feedback. Of course, we are happy to share some of these results with you.
As a team, we are extremely proud of the ratings our customers have given us. During the survey, clients were asked several questions on various topics, which they could answer with a rating from 1 to 5 stars. With a minimum score of 4 stars and an average of 4.4 stars, we are very pleased.
Customers particularly appreciate our excellent and fast support and our employees’ in-depth technical knowledge. This enables us to optimally advise and assist our clients in achieving their online objectives. The safety, stability, performance, and speed of our Managed Hosting services also score highly with our clients. Fast, stable, and secure hosting with a high level of technical support is, of course, very important. We have received many compliments about this. Finally, customers were asked if they would actively recommend us to friends, family, or other contacts—the so-called Net Promoter Score. 9 out of 10 clients said they would do so. This naturally makes us extremely proud and happy!
Although we score very highly on all aspects, we will certainly not rest on our laurels! Our goal is to improve even further in every area. We have already taken measures for this and many more will follow in the future. Of course, the customer satisfaction survey also highlighted areas for improvement, and participants actively provided tips or suggestions. This feedback is extremely useful to us and will be used to serve our clients even better in the future and to score even higher on upcoming customer satisfaction surveys!
Also recertification for ISO27001 and NEN7510
In addition to the ISO9001 certification, Shock Media has also been recertified for ISO27001 and NEN7510. The ISO27001 standard is the highest international standard for information security and ensures a policy in which confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information are central. The NEN7510 standard is the national standard for information security, specifically aimed at the healthcare sector. The awarding of these certifications underlines that Shock Media, as a Managed Hosting provider, continues to meet the strictest requirements in the field of information security and quality.
