Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast and effective solutions. You’ll work in a dynamic team and help us deliver outstanding service. Since many of our clients are highly technical, the support you provide is both challenging and engaging.

Support Engineer

What will you do?

  • Assist our clients with a variety of (light) technical questions;
  • For more complex issues, you act as the link between the client and our System & Network Administrators;
  • Think along about our own products and services;
  • Work with new and innovative technologies.

What do we ask?

  • A passion for Linux;
  • Knowledge of or interest in the hosting industry;
  • Good communication skills and a passion for helping people;
  • Basic knowledge of networks and computers;
  • Preferably, you also have experience with hosting-specific environments and control panels such as Plesk and DirectAdmin.
