Support Engineer

What will you do?
- Assist our clients with a variety of (light) technical questions;
- For more complex issues, you act as the link between the client and our System & Network Administrators;
- Think along about our own products and services;
- Work with new and innovative technologies.
What do we ask?
- A passion for Linux;
- Knowledge of or interest in the hosting industry;
- Good communication skills and a passion for helping people;
- Basic knowledge of networks and computers;
- Preferably, you also have experience with hosting-specific environments and control panels such as Plesk and DirectAdmin.
