Tribe Agency is a software development company that helps organizations digitize complex business processes. With a team of ten software engineers, Tribe doesn’t build websites, but develops custom software such as portals, platforms, and integrations that enable organizations to work more efficiently. We also leverage AI-driven solutions to further optimize business processes.
Our clients primarily operate in the public sector, including government organizations, municipalities, healthcare, and education, among them the Dutch Ministry of Health. Tribe’s software supports business-critical processes such as reporting, learning platforms, and other applications that are used daily by thousands of users.

Geschiedenis
Tribe Agency was founded in July 2022 by Daan Gönning. Together with his colleagues Bas and Bart, he built the company around a shared vision: rather than becoming just another full-service agency, they chose to focus on doing one thing exceptionally well. While many agencies offer a broad range of services, Tribe specializes in custom software development. With our expertise, we create tailor-made solutions that directly support and improve our clients’ business operations.
Our approach
Tribe likes to do things a little differently. Collaboration and quality are at the heart of the way we work. Every project is carried out by a team of two software engineers. By continuously working together, knowledge and responsibility are shared, there is always someone to brainstorm with, and projects can easily be handed over when needed. This approach helps ensure the quality of the software throughout the entire development process.

Kozien
Zowel particulieren als bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar kozijnen, hebben uiteenlopende eisen en wensen. Om deze zoektocht te vereenvoudigen, biedt een kozijnconfigurator de uitkomst. Dit is niet alleen gebruiksvriendelijk voor de klant, maar ook voordelig voor Kozien zelf. Klanten worden gestimuleerd om de eigen website te gebruiken in plaats van een externe tussenpartij, waardoor Kozien meer controle krijgt over het proces.
Het doel was om een unieke kozijnconfigurator te ontwikkelen met een realtime koppeling naar het machinepark. Dit houdt in dat zodra een order binnenkomt, de machine direct een signaal ontvang om het op maat gemaakte kozijn in productie te nemen. Een complexe uitdaging, waar wij graag mee aan de slag gingen.
