A few years ago, we faced an important decision: our hosting platform was no longer sufficient. We lacked the flexibility to easily create our own Cloud Servers and management was cumbersome, as we had little control over it ourselves. That’s why we started looking for a hosting provider that was ISO 27001-certified and had experience working with agencies like ours.
We quickly found Shock Media, partly thanks to their collaboration with various DDA agencies. After a number of productive and in-depth conversations, we were convinced that Shock Media was the right partner for us. To this day, we have not regretted that decision for a moment!

What makes it even better: when there is (an impending) issue, Shock Media is often already one step ahead of us. We rarely get the chance to report an acute problem ourselves, because it has already been solved or is being worked on. That gives us a tremendous amount of confidence.
A great example is our Kinderhulp campaign. Every year in December, we host a live TV broadcast during which we see a huge spike in visitors in a short period—about 85,000 unique visitors in just two hours. Together, we make sure we are fully prepared for this. Everyone is informed, and if something does happen, Shock Media has often already resolved it before we even notice. That proactive attitude truly makes the difference.
