With a Workflow Analysis, we map out our client’s processes. The goal: an overview of the current workflows, digital improvement opportunities, the customer contact journey, and a concrete digitalization recommendation.
Workflow Analysis
During the Workflow Analysis, we observe each workflow within the client’s organization for a day or half-day. We follow the daily activities and thoroughly investigate the how and why of every action. We map out all customer contact moments. We identify what employees think is going well, what could be improved, and what is still missing. We also map the system the organization uses and look at which repetitive actions apply.
