For this year’s edition, we have once again put together a great and engaging program. After registration, we will start with a plenary session in which we briefly update you on the developments at Shock Media. We will then hand over to our keynote speaker: Björn Kuipers.

Björn Kuipers is one of the most successful referees in international football. He officiated the finals of the European Championship, the Champions League, the Europa League and was known for his calm performance under pressure. He is also an entrepreneur with an award winning Jumbo supermarket in Oldenzaal, he understands what clear leadership and teamwork mean in practice.

After this, an extensive lunch will be ready for you, after which we will once again gather for the next interesting presentation, this time from the National Cyber Security Centre NCSC. The NCSC is committed to strengthening the digital resilience of 2.4 million companies and organizations in the Netherlands. They anticipate threats and enable organizations to increase their digital resilience.

Following the plenary sessions, we will offer further in depth content in two presentation rounds. One of these presentations will be delivered by the Stichting Internet Domeinregistratie Nederland (SIDN). SIDN is the administrator of all more than 6,000,000 .nl domain registrations. Based on this, they share interesting insights into search behavior and website discoverability. 

Two colleagues from Shock Media will also host an in-depth session. In this presentation, they will take you through the latest developments in hosting, security, and infrastructure, and share examples from our daily work. There will be plenty of room to ask questions and to dive deeper into technical choices, challenges, and solutions.

We will conclude the day with an informal networking reception. This offers the opportunity to network with our team and other partners of Shock Media.
